  Unhelpful, somewhat snobbish staff. Ignored several of my son's requests to help him find a Sandra Boynton book, then acted like I was asking them to saw an arm off when I tried to help him ask. Also, great place to sell 100 books for a nickel each. Found several text books I just gave up and left with them because they "couldn't sell them" on the shelves days later for upwards of $100/ea.
